Take a deep breath.

Do you feel that? A blessing we take for granted.

2021, a fresh year to practice sharing gratitude in every way possible. Basically living the previous year in uncertainty amidst the constant anxiety clouding the mind, I’ve grown to take every moment of it as a time to give thanks and appreciation, even for the simplest of things.

Give thanks to every occurrence in life..from all that has gone right to everything that has brought pain, for the emotion we feel is a reminder of what is real and existing right now.

Once that feeling of doubt hits, redirect it as an opportunity and grounding moment to close our eyes, take a deep breath and feel the air fill our lungs with gratitude and exhale the fearful scenarios we create in our mind out.

This present moment is the only thing that physically exists… the past and future lives only in our minds and its up to this instant to make the dreams we build a reality right now, for the present is all we are guaranteed to have. That second alone, breathing, living as the person we dream for ourselves to be today gives all the reason to smile.

Just a little reminder to be gentle with ourselves, our hearts and dreams. We're here with purpose let’s aim to make everyday our best. Just breathe.
